Ingredients
- 1 lbs ground turkey or chicken
- 1 small or medium onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp Homemade Taco Seasoning (Click for link) (add more if desired)
- Veggies of choice (diced tomatoes, corn, bell peppers, etc)
- 1 can diced tomato w/green chilies
- 1 can vegetarian refried beans
- 1- 14 oz can Black Beans
- Chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
- Sauté a package of lean ground turkey (or chicken) with diced onion and taco seasonings.
- Add can of vegetarian refried beans & diced tomato w/green chilies
- Set aside veggies of choice
- Warm up black beans & corn, set aside.
- You can also top with avocado or cheese (blue)!
Calories with ground turkey: 400
Calories with chicken: 375
