I know what I NEEDED and it was MOTIVATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY so I would stop making EXCUSES! I didn't have that until I joined my first Online Challenge Group. This was the first time EVER that I was SUCCESSFUL at sticking with a workout routine and consistently eating healthy! I thought ate fairly healthy before joining the group, just because I eliminated fast food and soda, but turns out, there was more to it than that. Once I learned what Clean Eating really was, I started doing it consistently, along with drinking Shakeology everyday. I noticed a DRASTIC CHANGE in the way I felt, especially my energy level, and the way my body was gaining muscle definition! It was a complete lifestyle change for me and I had to share the opportunity with others, which is why I became a coach.
