Happy (almost) Valentine's Day !
If you’re a dessert lover like me, the Valentine’s Day treats on every isle can be a big problem when it comes to maintaing a reasonable physique.
Simply cutting out treats all together is just not practical.
So amidst all of this chocolate and candy, it’s time for an intervention. It’s time we mapped out our Valentine’s day survival guide…
You are worth feeding your body well. So If your sweet tooth is getting the best of you and has talked you into buying a giant bag of BOGO candy hearts, take a moment to let this sink in…
Your health is much more important than a quick fix of sugar.
Instead of inhaling a huge amount of the cheapo treats (candy hearts, anyone?) this Valentine’s day, consider your worth and treat yourself and your family to a healthy version of your favorite dessert instead. (Shhhh…They may not even know it’s healthy!) You’ll still satisfy your sweet tooth, but without the guilt and shame of finishing off a jumbo sized bag of candy all by your lonesome. Been there, done that. It is no fun at all. It’s a great way to enjoy dessert and still stay on track! :) Valentine’s day is after all a day all about love, so why not love your body a bit more with a healthy fix for your sweet tooth?!
Not sure where to start?
