Ingredients:
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
Mix all spices together.
Use to season your meat!

Ingredients
1 lbs ground turkey or chicken
1 small or medium onion, diced
2 Tbsp Homemade Taco Seasoning (Click for link) (add more if desired)
Veggies of choice (diced tomatoes, corn, bell peppers, etc)
1 can diced tomato w/green chilies
1 can vegetarian refried beans
1- 14 oz can Black Beans
Chopped spinach
1/4 cup shredded cheddar or Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
Sauté a package of lean ground turkey (or chicken) with diced onion and taco seasonings.
Add can of vegetarian refried beans & diced tomato w/green chilies
Set aside veggies of choice
Warm up black beans & corn, set aside.
You can also top with avocado or cheese (blue)!

Calories with chicken: 375
