Morning Meltdown 100 with Jericho McMatthews Program Cost




The countdown is on!!  The brand new Morning Meltdown 100 program is going to start the VIP Early Access on Monday July 1st to new and existing coaches!!!

What’s the Exclusive Coach Window?

If you are already a coach, you will be able to purchase MM100 on Monday, July 1st!!
If you’re not a coach but you want to get your hands on MM100 as soon as possible, you will want to sign up as a coach on the Dream Team on July 1st. You can choose to work the business, be a hobby coach, or just do it for the discount! When you purchase your MM100 package and sign up as a coach at the same time, you’ll be able to waive the coach sign up fee.
And if you’re not ready to sign up as a coach, that’s totally okay! Your MM100 launch date is July 16th, and that will be the day you can finally purchase your package. The program will go live on July 29th and that is also the day our challenge group will start!

What Makes This Group Special?

What Happens Next?

Veggie stuffed zucchini boats

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 small to medium zucchini squash
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup diced Vidalia or other sweet onion
  • 2 medium garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup sweet red pepper ½ inch diced
  • 1 cup diced Crimini mushrooms ½ inch diced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup grated Romano cheese
  • Additional grated parmesan to sprinkle over cooked squash

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Trim stem end from squash. Cut about 1/3 off the top of each squash horizontally. Then cut a small horizontal sliver from the bottom so that the squash will sit flat and not roll. Dice the tops to ½ inch dice and set aside.
  3. Using a small paring knife, cut around inside of squash then using a melon-baller, scoop out inside until the squash resembles a canoe. Try not to cut through to the bottom.
  4. In a large skillet or frying pan heat the oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook two minutes. Add garlic, red pepper, mushrooms and cut up zucchini tops. Mix to combine and sauté one minute.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in oregano, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, crumbs and both cheeses. Mix to combine.
  6. Divide the filling between each zucchini boat and press into squash filling and pressing as you fill to hold shape.
  7. Bake for 35 – 40 minutes uncovered. Try not to over cook, otherwise the zucchini will start to sag and the filling will not stay in.
  8. As soon as they come out of the oven, sprinkle the tops with additional Parmesan cheese and serve.

Black Bean & Sweet Potato Tacos

Black Bean & Sweet Potato Tacos





These Black Bean & Sweet Potato Tacos are gluten free and vegetarian. They make a great breakfast, lunch or dinner taco recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sweet potatoes cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small sweet onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup refried black beans
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Cheese *can use vegan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet place olive oil and sweet potatoes.  Cover skillet and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add onions, garlic, salt and pepper.  Continue cooking over medium heat for 12-15 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are cooked through.
  3. In a separate skillet over medium heat, add one tablespoon coconut oil and 2-3 tortillas.  Heat up tortillas for 1-2 minutes on each side.  Remove tortillas and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.  Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  4. For serving, fill each tortilla with 2 tablespoons black beans and equal amounts of the sweet potato/onion mixture.  Top with cheese and cilantro and enjoy!
  5. *Serving size is 2 tacos.*

Simple Vegan Dinner

Ingredients
  • 15 oz black or red beans
  • 1 ½ cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup dry quick cooking brown rice
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon chili powder – divided
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cumin – divided
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons ground sea salt – divided add more or less as desired
  • ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper add more or less as desired
  • 1 medium onion – chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper – removed and chopped
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon of avocado or extra virgin-olive oil or 2 tablespoons of vegetable broth
  • ½ cup of chopped cilantro optional
  • Lime wedges optional
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the beans and put them in a medium sauce pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil at high heat, once the water is boiling reduce the heat to simmer. Add 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, turmeric, and ground pepper and stir well to combine. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the sea salt at the end.
  2. In a large skillet with a lid, heat the oil, or, 2 tablespoons of vegetable broth if you don’t cook with oil, on medium heat. When the oil/broth is hot, add the onion and bell pepper and sauté until tender. Pour the 1 and ½ cups of vegetable broth over the vegetables and bring to a boil. When the broth is boiling stir in the rice, cover, and reduce the heat to simmer for the amount of time directed on the package. Usually 20 minutes.
  3. When the rice is done, remove the lid, add the spinach, and put the lid back on. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Use a slotted spoon (to avoid adding extra water) to add the beans to the vegetables and rice, sprinkle on the remaining teaspoon of chili powder and ½ teaspoon of cumin, and grind more sea salt and black pepper on top if desired. Fold the beans and spices into the rice and veggies until well combined. Serve with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
  5. Enjoy!
